Weight Loss By Janus

  1. You can't maintain a healthy weight until you have one.
  2.
  3. You have to decide whether to look forward, look back or both.
  4. If you have never had a healthy weight that you remember, you have to look way way way back to find it.
  5. It's hard to learn something without a past experience and even though it's almost certain that there was a time when your weight was healthy, it may have been so long ago that you aren't learning anything from that lesson.
  6.
  7. You're going to have to fill in some of these numbers yourself, because you are you, and nobody else knows as much about you as you do.
  8. Nobody can be a better you, and you can't be somebody else, so stop comparing what you need to do with what somebody else needs to do.  You can lose all your weight until the point that you die, but you aren't a Pitt or a Clooney  unless you are a Pitt or a Clooney, and then you have some other goal.
