So I have a new best friend. Today I substituted bacon on the Egg McMuffin. So Ronald is no longer my red-headed step-child, but my BFF. I added extra cheese but the delicious cheesy flavor didn't really change so I think this is a one-time deal.
I am so glad that I discovered that McDonald's cheese is delicious. Because it is shaped like some other cheese that is not delicious, I wasn't sure.
I might try the white cheddar again. Perhaps that style of cheese would benefit from a larger quantity.
